We are live in Manchester SportCity for a major event on the Taekwondo World Circuit with the 3rd BTCB British Taekwondo International Championships.

We are live from 0800 in the morning with all action from Ring 2 which will see junior action earlier in the day followed by Senior action later on.

The action is LIVE and FREE at https://www.247.tv/taekwondo/freestream or you can watch via the www.247.tv website as usual.

Home hopes are on World Number 1 Aaron Cooke who won in 2008 but lost out in an earlier round in 2009 and will be looking to make amends in front of a passionate home crowd.

On Sunday, the big name girls take to the Stage with Bianca Walkden and the new young star of the sport, fresh from her Youth Olympic Gold, Jade Jones.
