Modern Pentathlon European Championships 2011
The European Championships run from 28 July – 1 August at Medway Park, Medway’s new centre of sporting excellence.
The event is arguably the most important of the year for Europe’s pentathletes, with the top eight in both the men’s and women’s competitions automatically qualifying for the London Games.
The world’s leading pentathletes – including world and Olympic medallists – will be competing in the five events of fencing, swimming, riding, running and shooting.
The competition is being organised by Pentathlon GB and Medway Council on behalf of the European Confederation of Modern Pentathlon.
