Russia and Austria on the highest step of the podium at the third event of the Bouldering calendar. After a second place in Log-Dragomer, Dmitry Sharafutdinov (RUS) had gathered enough momentum to leave all behind in Vienna, where the men's final was played on one boulder, that the Russian sent in 4 attempts. Klemen Becan, from Slovenia, needed 5 attempts and ended up second, while Lukas Ennemoser, Austria, obtained his third place with three bonuses. In the women's field, Anna Stohr (AUT) left no place for doubt, sending all for boulders and seizing gold. Alex Puccio (USA) is second with 2 boulders completed, and the Ukrainian Olga Shalagina got third. In a fortnight, the IFSC Bouldering World Cup will move to another continent with the much expected events in Canmore (Canada) and Vail (USA), available as usual on www.ifsc.tv.
